It has everything you need for a short or longer stay (washing machine, dryer, washing lines, dishwasher, iron and board, hairdryers). Close access to the beach via the walkaway. There is an outside shower as well as pool towels. Overall the kids as well as the grannies had a fantastic stay!

Its a very cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom house with beautiful view of the gold course. Economical and value for money. Clean house and bedding well washed. Netflix was a great bonus. Good internet speed. Owner is accomodating.

A bush buck was there to greet our arrival and a genet under the car in the evening. We will be back again with the family next time

It had a power back-up solution for load shedding. There is a car garage to park the car away from the elements or to store stuff that one doesn't want carry into the house.

The villa was very spacious and even included two lounges and a nice kitchen. The braai area outside was especially nice and spacious with a nice view of the golf course. The hosts were very accommodating even though we had a few last minute changes.

Luxurious Modern Villa at Upmarket Golf and Beach Estate ligger i Marina Beach, 400 m fra Marina Beach Tidal Pool og 500 m fra San Lameer Strand. Der er have og aircondition. We loved everything. The interior design was immaculate and the house itself was accurately represented in the pictures we saw, perhaps even better. The bathrooms and scented diffusers were amazing.
