Lovely homestay in downtown Hue, but hidden away at the end of an alley, which makes it quiet and peaceful. Hosts are friendly, speak good English. Breakfast delicious, on the plus side, they accomodate vegan/vegetarian guests. Room spotlessly clean, fresh towels every day. Comfy bed and spacious room with everything one could need during the stay.

The quiet peaceful location in the trees. The staff ! The pool ! The gym which in its own air conditioned cabin within the trees. The bed ! The style of the room’s furniture. The bathtub. The FOOD! The welcoming cocktail and spring rolls. OMG I’m out of space !!

My stay at La Paix Hue Riverside Villa was pleasant overall. While the villa is a bit out of town, it provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The standard room, while not particularly thrilling, was comfortable and nice enough for a short stay. The highlight of my experience was the friendly staff, who were always helpful and accommodating. For a two-night stay, the villa served its purpose well. However, if you're looking for something more luxurious or centrally located, you may want to explore other options in Hue.

Great location, quiet and peaceful. Really beautiful and homely spot amongst lots of trees and plants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and comfortable. Great value for money. We also got breakfast here which was tasty. Would recommend :)

Luxury accommodation, in a beautiful environment, the grounds are maintained to the highest level. Our 3 bedroom sea view villa had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing break. Golf course is outstanding, excellent restaurants and staff are absolutely wonderful, they are all so very accommodating and keen to ensure you are having the best time. Our villa hosts Bich and Mi (when Bich was on leave) were excellent, every request we had was dealt with promptly and efficiently. We look forward to returning.

We booked a private room for 2 and got transferred into Sun Hotel across the street. The room was spacious and comfortable, with two outside windows. We had breakfast at New World Hostel. The food was good. The location is excellent, close to the fun walking streets, but in a quiet and peaceful lane. The staff helped us arrange a DMZ tour with a transfer to an overnight bus to Ninh Binh. Due to bus delays, things got complicated, but Trucly supported us throughout the process and made sure everything worked out.

Peaceful and quieter than city, only 3km to town in taxi. Very helpful staff. Lovely pool to relax. Right in the river.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hy Vien. The welcome we received was amongst the best in Vietnam, the care taken was exceptional. We loved the beautiful hospitality from both Vi and Qui, the breakfasts and our lovely room, which was spacious, clean and well designed with everything we needed including a fabulous walk in shower. We loved the mineral outdoor pool as well. A peaceful quiet neighbourhood set in beautiful gardens and easily reached by Grab or a scooter which they helped us hire. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Fantastic value for money. Great location right near all the action but tucked on a quiet street so had a great night's sleep. Very friendly helpful staff explained a lot to us about local trips and arranged these for us. Breakfast simple but quick and tasty. Room was exactly what we needed for somewhere clean, safe and quiet to sleep in-between busy days of exploring. It's not a luxury hotel so don't go with that expectation but it was great for our trip. Highly recommend.

Classy quiet hotel located close to the Esplanade and riverside, restaurants and cafes. Luxurious room with great views. Do not miss the spa! I’m not a big fan of massages but after walking for hours, it was the best experience and great value. Try the revitalising scrub, you won’t regret it.
