Son and his team are so kind, welcoming and enthusiastic. There is a real community feel here, and they were particularly welcoming to those of us who were complete beginner kite surfers! Son made such an effort to assist me with my travel plans to and from the kite centre, set me up with lessons and it was easy to extend my stay when I didn’t want to leave. I stayed in one of the beach cabins which was clean and cosy, with a gorgeous outdoor bathroom and shower, great for after a long afternoon of kitesurfing!

Very nice and supportive staffs :) the homestay is clean and quiet - since you have to walk/bike for a little distance from the main street. There's grocery store/pharmacy nearby (1 min walk) so basically you can reach almost every extra things in your needs :)
Set back off the main road, with some trees around the building, it is very quiet. The room was spacious and clean, and each staff member helped us with further bookings and other needs. The pool and grounds are very clean as well. Plus it's only a short walk to the beach and some eateries. We enjoyed being there.
Perfekt contact, flexibly with hours and days ;) Elevator , air condition, parking for motorbikes. Quiet vicinity!
Nice hotel, clean and tidy, quiet area of town.
It was quiet in the off season, and our chalet by the pool was very comfortable. Breakfast was comprehensive and not westernised. The beach location was handy for evening walks with a food street 400m north along it. The grounds are well kept, it was clean, tidy with very friendly staff. Gentle onshore breeze keeps it cooler in 34© heat. An extra night was accommodated with no issue.
Comfortable bed with clean linen. Good hot water. Location close to main road but set back in quiet street. No elevator but the exercise is good for you. This was my second time at this hotel. Would stay again for sure next time in Phan Rang.

Everything - staff is really polite, the whole complex is put together with care and attention to the details. It’s perfect for a quiet kitesurfing week.
Room interior and an entire design were great, easy access to the city center by a motorbike, all facilities available, quiet environment, hot water shower, super clean, reasonable price. Will come back again when I'm in the town!
