New and very clean with small details that let you know they really care about your experience. I loved the flowers and courtyard. I wished we could have stayed longer.

VERY clean. Everything was supplied...coffee maker, washer/dryer, cookware etc. Large comfortable bed. The owner, Andi, checked in with us every day. As there is no large grocery store in Bluff, buy your groceries at Clarke's in Blanding.

We were able to use the kitchen, the refrigerator and they have everything available. It is very convenient to go to Zion if you come from the Grand Canyon. Mace helped us very quickly when we had a question and was very pleasant. We would love to come back!
