The rooms were perfectly furnished with quality wood pieces that made it feel homey and welcoming and allowed for plenty of storage and unpacking spaces. The beautiful balcony allowed us to take in the scenery while enjoying the spectacular view. The shower was hot and strong and refreshing after a day hiking. Breakfast was lovely and the coffee was amazing!! The common spaces were wonderful and relaxing. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Fantastic location on the top of the hill with great views on the Velenje lakes. Perfect as a starting point for biking. Very plesant hosts, who are ready to acomodate your needs. Excelent restaurant with authentic local food. For the breakfast you recieve a basket with homemade products which all taste exceptional.

A lovely property, with a large outside area (including a small vegetable garden from which our hosts invited us to pick and eat)! Great walks nearby, either from the doorstep or 30 minute drives by car. Our hosts were delightful, quick to respond to any queries. They gave us a lovely welcome with gifts, as well as a lovely goodbye! We all loved our stay and would highly recommend this property and area. Thank you.

Located in Žalec and only 2.4 km from Beer Fountain Žalec, Apartment Island Country House in Savinja Valley provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. I absolutely loved the place. Old house, renovated and decorated. Comfy beds, nice surroundings. I wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Very nice host, available and responded immediately with our requests. I am defintely comming back to enjoy more. That is more than any other words :)

This place is one of the best places to stay at when you are at Slovenia. Its a bit remote, which makes it more special, but also harder if you don't have a car. The owner is a kind, generous man. The accomodations are nice and cleans, as well as the toilets. There is also a large gym for you to use, and the common area is enormous. I stayed there for a week and felt at home. Note- You make your own food. The place supplies many ingredients that you can pay for if you want (8 euros for meal, totally worth it).
