We received a wonderful welcome from Mirjana, who greeted us with a glass of her fine Teran and we felt instantly at home. Skerlj is a historic wine estate which goes back six generations to 1788; our room was cosy and full of character with beautiful old furniture. Delicious breakfasts with homemade eggs, local jams and honeys etc. Mirjana gave us some excellent recommendations for dinner both nights. A lovely place to wind down and enjoy the atmosphere with the friendly cats and elderly dog. Thoroughly recommended, we can’t wait to return!

It is easy to go by foot to the historical village of Stanjel. We appreciated the covered terrace. Very comfortable and clean. Private parking spot nearby the house. Very quiet neighbourhood.

The accommodation is really designed with great attention to detail - you can feel the personal touch in every nook and cranny. Although we arrived in the middle of the grape harvest, we received a very warm welcome and the hosts were on hand to help and advise us. The breakfast basket, the distinctly personal wine tasting, the local delicious food and the warmth are exceptional. Despite the out-of-the-way location, it was a really very great stay and we can certainly recommend it!

Located in a traditional Istrian village, Istria Divina offers self-catering accommodation in Marezige. The coastal town of Koper is 14 km away. Free WiFi is provided in all areas. It was really a nice place. Very gentle owner couple. The house is with a beautiful panorama, ancient style. Each piece of decoration is with the thinking. You found the great ideas in this house. Twenty minutes by car to the sea. Some nice restaurants around 10 minutes by car. At home you have everything necessary for cooking. The shower is the best. It was like to discover a treasure. The village is not something special, but you have a new playground for the children.

Beautiful location, very nice and helpful hostess, friendly communication. Everything beautifully cleaned, clean, equipped. Very pleasant accommodation. I recommend.

The house is in a quiet and peaceful location, yet relatively close to the bigger cities on the Slovenian seacoast and the Italian border (Muggia, Trieste) as well, you can reach restaurants, beaches, ice cream shops, supermarkets etc. in about 10-15 mins by car. The country house is pet friendly, equipped with an outside water bowl, a pet bed, poop bags and a separate bin for dog poop. We travelled with our cat with no issues. Irena and Tomaz are very kind and helpful hosts, they were staying in the house opposite of the holiday house, so we could easily reach out to them in case of questions. There is an equipped kitchen, flat screen tv with Netflix, good wifi, air conditioning and a comfortable bed, as well as patio furniture and a covered parking place in front of the house. As indicated in the description, the accommodation is small, consider this if you are planning on staying at the house a lot during your stay.
