Amazing breakfast, amazing views, lovely pool, the room was extremely spacious and comfortable, very nice amenities, great staff. Only wish we had longer to spend there.

Free parking and free bikes are provided. The entire property is located in a very nice place, and the environment is peaceful. The room was very clean, air condition worked perfectly. The swimming pool was great and the kids enjoyed a lot. The restaurant was more than fine, the food quality and quantity was just perfect. The hosts were very kind, explained on a detailed way all that we needed to know. All of us enjoyed our stay!

The room was comfortable and pretty quiet.
Flexible, friendly and kind host, everything was perfect. The accommodation is very good, it looks new. The bed is comfortable, modern equipment, furniture. The house is located in a beautiful environment, very quiet. The Skocjan cave is nearby, 15-20 minutes by car.
Get food, the dish and wash machines tablets. That's it. You have total comfort. You have anything needed in the house. Literally. Period. Quiet place on small distance from village. Possibly, the first vacation we didn't want to return home... Thanks for hi and bye little presents. Ice cream after 10 hours traveling was just great for the kids:)

Nicely furnished small apartment with everything you need for your stay. The location is in the quiet village, which is great for peaceful break and a great base for sports activities and exploring the natural beauty of the karst (Škocijan caves, Divača cave, Lipica etc). The host was very friendly and helpful.
Spacious and light appartment in the beautifull countryside. Good location for hiking, cycling, sightseeing, restaurants & wine. And only 25 min away from the Adriatic coast. Very nice host: discrete & more than helpfull!
I've been in 5 stars hotels and 3 star Michelin restaurants, but 9b - The Tiny House is real Paradise on Earth. So peaceful, so quiet and so beautiful. Hidden paradise, that I had only for myself, and not sharing the pool with no one. I opened the door and there was only for me. What you want more in life? I highly recommend to visit 9b and respect it. It is seen that it was made with a lot of Love.
nice location in the middle of old town, sleeping in the old historic house, quiet and peaceful place the surrounding landscape is very nice, and more beautiful historic towns are in the range of 15km local wines available for tasting in several places in the town
Peaceful, quiet place located in a small village with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills full of vineyards. Great view from the terrace. A very good starting point for trips to the vicinity of Trieste, Piran etc. The hosts very welcoming and helpful. Clean, well-equipped rooms.
