Featuring an infinity pool, garden and views of mountain, Tavarneta Estate is located in Dobrovo, 33 km from Palmanova Outlet Village. Taverneta Estate was, hands down, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. What a hidden gem. There is an exceptional view of the rolling vineyards from the restaurant, infinity pools, and rooms. Breakfast was AMAZING with a full spread of dishes delivered directly to our table every morning. We ate at the restaurant for dinner both nights because we enjoyed the food (and the views!) so much. The location was also great. We came with two bikes and there were 10+ vineyards within a few km from us. Beyond this, the staff was incredible-- they felt like family by the end. I couldn't recommend it more and we hope to return again in the future.

Situated within 39 km of Palmanova Outlet Village and 43 km of Stadio Friuli, Peterc Vineyard Estate features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kojsko. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Milena and her family are the perfect hosts their love for Peterc, the area, the vines and other local produce, the interior design and artwork, everything has been carefully thought through to make your stay truly memorable. The food is delicious and freshly prepared and the wine is really good. Having a glass of chilled white on the veranda overlooking Brda is just wonderful. We hired e-bikes and did an awesome ride through the area. Milena organised this for us with Bike Vibe. We also did one of the Cherry Trail hikes from the property.

ČEBRON FAMILY ESTATE is situated in Branik and has a pool with a view and mountain views. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The room and facilities were outstanding - very luxurious, which we were not expecting for the price we paid! We did a wine tasting with Tea and loved it. Breakfast had variety and was delicious with a nice view. Highly recommend.

Set in Podsabotin and only 44 km from Palmanova Outlet Village, Pri Bregarju offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Prekrasno imanje uređeno s puno ukusa na mirnoj lokaciji. Prostrana, čista i dobro opremljena soba s kupaonicom. Prekrasan pogled iz lijepo uređenog dvorišta u kojem su domaćini servirali obilan i ukusan doručak. Domaćini su jako ljubazni i ugodni.

Obiteljski vođen privatni smještaj Valentina Guest House at Pintar Wine Estate nudi vanjski bazen i okružen je zelenilom, a nalazi se u blizini mjesta Šmartno. Beautiful family run vineyard. We were welcomed by the owner who gave us a complimentary wine tasting before showing us around the property. We stayed in the Valentina apartment which was big and spacious and very clean. It had one double room and then another room with 2 single beds. Kitchen/sitting room and bathroom. There was a bottle of white wine left in the fridge for us to enjoy free of charge also. We spent the evening chilling in the swimming pool with our complimentary wine which peaceful and relaxing. The following morning we got a diverse breakfast sampling all the best fruits cheese and meats that Slovenia has to offer. We couldn’t reccomend this place enough it’s absolutely incredible!

Boasting accommodation with a balcony, Sobe Lavanda is set in Kojsko. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Very nice place next to Šmartno. The landlady was extremely helpful., recommended interesting places and a great bicycle tour to me and even made me a delicious salad in the middle of the night:-) Unfortunately I have stayed for one night only.

Offering a garden and garden view, Ferjančič estate rooms is set in Ajdovščina, 29 km from Predjama Castle and 39 km from The Škocjan Caves. Exceptional! It is a great location for cycling tours. We loved that the hosts make you feel like you are the part of the their family. They are very responsive and try to make all you wishes true. The wine tasting was great and you can see the passion they have for everything they do.

25 km from Trieste Train Station, Vina Kobal, Kobal Family Estate is a recently renovated property located in Štanjel and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Clean, modern, well equipped apartment on a great location. Hosts were nice and welcoming.

Offering inner courtyard views, Apartment Vidus Wine Estate is an accommodation located in Podnanos, 32 km from The Škocjan Caves and 47 km from Trieste Train Station. The apartment was clean and spacious. The highlight, however, was wine tasting with Janko. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and the wine and homemade snacks were delicious!
