The Studio at the pink house is beautifully designed and furnished, and so comfortable. The morning breakfast deliveries were perfect - beautifully wrapped and delicious produce. The location is perfect for exploring ponta delgada and the rest of the island too. The guidebook was also full of great suggestions!

From the exceptional hospitality of the hostess to the magnificent breakfast made from fresh local produce, particularly the homemade dishes by Fatima herself, every aspect exceeded our expectations. Our child even likened the experience to that of a five-star hotel, only much cozier. When we return to San Miguel, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Additionally, the location was charming, and easily accessible by car.

From the living room a view over lagoa Azul, just wonderful. The team is very friendly and helpful in anyway. Casa da cha “O Poejo” is by far the best place in the neighbourhood to lunch , dine or just stop for a beverage with snack or fresh pie. Very clean, housekeeping team is excellent.

Set in Candelária and only 13 km from Lagoa Azul, Casas de Campo Lomba D' Água - Turismo Rural offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The house and staff were both amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Can't wait to go back again.

Boasting mountain views, Tradicampo Eco Country Houses offers accommodation with patio, around 27 km from Pico do Ferro. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. This place is amazing! The fridge was stocked with produce for breakfast and fresh bread delivered daily. The pool area is very nice although we did not get to use it because the weather was bad. We also liked the big bed. It's truly a lovely place to stay, we definitely recommend it. Of all the places we stayed in the Azores, this one was the cheapest but most generous in terms of service!

It is clear that this retreat is cared for by artist hosts; every detail is thoughtfully implemented from the interior design to the breakfast variety. We didn’t want our trip to end.

Boasting mountain views, João de Oliveira casas de campo provides accommodation with balcony, around 8.4 km from Pico do Carvao. The location was excellent! Quiet, serene and a beautiful view. Nelson, and his family treated us as if we were family. Great, great communication throughout. The ladies that worked on the grounds (preparing breakfast and other duties) were simply lovely and always there when we needed any assistance. The salt water pool was amazing! The building we stayed in was newly renovated and everything was brand new, our room was incredibly comfortable and we got great sleep every night. We have not had such a relaxing experience in years. I honestly cannot recommend this location enough. My wife and I cannot wait to go back. We talk about our wonderful time here quite often!

Set 24 km from Lagoa do Congro, 25 km from Pico do Carvao and 27 km from Fire Lagoon, Quinta Morazes Casas de Campo offers accommodation located in Ribeira Grande. Beautiful finca with a lovely garden at the edge of the small town. Very much room for the two of us. We got a very nice breakfast basket every morning including fruit and fantastic smoothies. 😋 This really was a great stay that we can certainly recommend.
