Very efficient communication and simple check-in. Neil is very friendly and shared a lot of information about the island and also the town of Fajã Grande.
The studio apartment is perfect for 2 people, with all needed amenities one can think of (and even more) and a little garden with barbeque. It was like a little island within an island.
The place is 10 to 15 minutes by foot to the Poço do Bacalhau, the only waterfall where one can swim.

We stayed in the orange room. It was a good size, clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed. The shared kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need to cook, and well organised. The shared bathroom was clean. The self check in process was very easy, and very good communication from the hosts. There is parking available outside. There are lots of cute cats next door that come over to say hello. There is a washing machine which you can use. The cleaning lady is really nice and helpful.
The apartment offers a perfect stay - it is spacious, nicely furnished, the beds are comfortable, and the whole apartment is well equipped. The location is also great - in the center of Lajes das Flores but the area is very calm and quiet, and the parking is also perfect. The hosts are also super helpful.
It is located in the nicest part of Flores. The owners are super friendly. The room is extremely clean, the bed is very comfortable with 2 sets of pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped. What was really special gesture that there were snacks prepared for us, the next day was a holiday so it was perfect to have some breakfast. They even did our laundry while we were there. Walking distance to restaurants and directly on some of the hiking trails.
The host was very welcoming. I didn't have a phone so I missed the check in information which otherwise was perfect. Big rooms. Nice balcony with a view of green fields + cows. Very peaceful. The welcoming package was a surprise. A bottle of wine and a cheese platter. Very nice touch! Maria also helped to book a boat tour round the island + corvo which was to be the highlight of my 3 1/2 weeks travel in the Azores. I loved the location a little walk from the airport. The whale museum was fascinating!
The lodging was fantastic ! We were hosted in a little stone house, fully equiped and clean. The environment was great: view on the ocean and views on the Volcano and beautiful waterfalls on the other side. Very quiet, relaxing ans serene place. The personel was very nice to us; the Breakfast od restaurant was high quality. Location is perfect.
Being on a hiking trip the location was great. The room was nice.
Great location in Santa Cruz. Quiet, with seafront view and good facilities (eg fully equipped kitched/washing machine). Very close to shops, restaurants and Corvo ferry. Walking distance from the airport
Secluded/quiet location surrounded by towering mountains and high cliffs with views to the sea. The ancient village has been tastefully renovated. Close to nearby walking trails. Very friendly staff.
The house is located in a picturesque, quiet place conducive to complete rest and relaxation. There are also places for leisurely walks near the ocean. The owners of the house are very attentive and friendly people who help with almost everything in any nuance. The accommodation is very comfortable and everyday details are thought out and everything is there for a comfortable stay, the nature on the island is stunning in its diversity and beauty and we went on several exciting hikes.
The accomodation is well located. A supermarket with tasty bread is nearby. It was quiet. Good starting place for hiking. Marcia was very helpful.
