The stay at Carvalhal Redondo was perfect! We stayed at the villa, which is a beautiful architectural designed by one the farm's owners. The other buildings in the farm were beautifully renovated too, whist keeping the essence of Beira Baixa. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They went an extra mile to make us comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I highly recommended this place.
