Featuring mountain views, Casa vivencial Mamá Vivi features accommodation with patio, around 7.4 km from Our Lady of the Assumption Church. We spent a wonderful 5 days here and enjoyed every minute. The accommodation is in a converted farmhouse in the village, so it is simple but very cosy and beautifully decorated with traditional fabrics and artwork by the family. The views around the farm are stunning. Mama Vivi and Juan are exceptional hosts. They welcomed us like family and put a huge effort into making our stay special. We visited their animals, Colca Canyon, the hot springs nearby, took walks to local landmarks and Juan even accompanied us into Chivay to help us get some shopping and bus tickets. Mama Vivi cooked hearty, tasty food that was perfect for our family. We were sorry to leave and will treasure our time with Mama Vivi and Juan.
