Zuiderzeestate 35 prachtig appartement aan het IJsselmeer ligger i Makkum i Friesland, 100 m fra Makkum Strand. We had a great sunny week at the beach. The host is verry friendly and the communication worked verry good in english and also in german. The flat has everything we needed and is perfectly located near to the beach. It took us two minutes to walk from the flat to the sea. The beach is realy cool, too. The kids can play at little playgrounds, adults have fun by playing volleyball, basketball, football, go skating or take a lesson at the surf school. We had a great time!

There is a small supermarket nearby. You can get there fresh bread and orange juice. There is also the opportunity to take surf/sail courses against reasonable fees. There are some resturants around the flat including a pizzeria. The sandy beach and shallow water are perfect for children
