The appartment is luxuriously equipped and is situated very comfortably in the middle of the quiet little village of Ballum. Breakfast is served in the restaurant next to the guesthouse, and the food there is delicious.
The location was very good - quiet and peaceful but near Schoorl which is lovely and within easy walking distance. Good restaurants and excellent shops for food. The area is great for cycling and walking. The kitchen was well equipped with a very good fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine plus all the other equipment you needed. The lounge area was comfortable with a nice dining table next to it.
Peaceful and quiet place, spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful... Definitely will visit again.
Countryside accommodation in an annex to a pub, but quiet and surprisingly nice Shop next door and surprise breakfast really good. Personnel outstanding
Easy to find, location is perfect: 5-min driving to the beach, 15 to Keukenhoff, 30 to Ams, The Hague, Rotterdam, etc. Location is the main reason to go there. House was super nice, well equipped, free parking next to the door, lovely countryside. You do need a car to easily go there. Calm and quiet, fireplace in it. Cozy place. Beds are super comfy, was clean when we got there. Super nice village with big grocery store (Lidl) nearby.
The house is well furnished, roomy and cozy. Not far from Amsterdam and from The Hague . Location was very quiet and peaceful as we like. Everything was perfect. Our children were extremely happy and certainly did not miss home.
It was a perfect weekend getaway! The accommodation was very cozy and clean. It's located a bit outside from the city center (about 5 minutes by car) so it is quiet and peaceful and you can still easily reach anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay here and would like to come back in the future. 😊
The quality to price ratio was great. Easy to check in, neat and comfortable. The hotel is 5 min walk to the beach and in proximity of the stores. Interior was well-designed and gave the sense of luxury. My room was upgraded to double room facing the back of the hotel. It was quiet at night, well-maintained, everything I needed was there. The breakfast was plentiful and various. The staff was super friendly and welcoming! Both gentlemen (ElSoren and Edward) went their way to accommodate me well. I would definately be back there.
Often rooms have dim lighting but the lighting here was great with many options. Also the heating worked. Long mirror available. Good working shower. It was a quiet peaceful room with nice views. The cooking facilities worked and had everything needed. Sufficient power points. Very comfortable bed. Upright chairs as well as comfortable seating. Spacious. Parking space on the property.
