Francisco came to pick us up from the bus and waited for an hour because the bus broke down. We arrived to wonderful dinner, made from ingredients grown on his farm. The next day we explored the Somoto Canyon, which was amazing. Returned to more wonderful meals and hanging out with all the cute animals which are all part of the family. It was our highlight in Nicaragua!
