We came with a family (parents + 3 kids) - the property was a great fit for us. It's located near the Bay of Kotor, with a great view. It has pool which was a great attraction for the kids. Also, it's walking distance from the sea. BTW, there are several supermarkets and minimarkets around, the closest one can be reached by foot, so ask the host for shortcuts. There are restaurants not so far + you can use an app to order food. The kitchen is great for cooking - you have there everything needed. The host was super friendly during the whole stay and helped us with all the requests.

Run by a farmer family since 1960, the Guest House Villa Dobravac is 500 metres away from the next beach and from the centre of Rovinj. Amazing stay in Villa Dobravac. Great local food, super location only 5min to city center by walk and 10min to nearest beach. Everything was super clean, excelent staff. Since family Dobravac produce own vine, olives etc. next to the Villa is a small shop where you can buy their local product and also fruits and vegetables from their farm.

We had an incredible stay at Davor Maric’s apartment at the beginning of August with our family of four. The location is simply unbeatable – nestled in a silent and safe neighborhood, yet just a stone’s throw away from the bustling city center. It offered the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. The apartment itself is a gem. It’s incredibly well-equipped – truly, if you can think of it, it’s there! From kitchen appliances to entertainment options, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Davor, our host, was exceptional. He was always available and provided us with fantastic tips about the local area, making our visit even more memorable. His attentiveness and willingness to help truly set this experience apart. Amazing location and beautiful property! The house is modern and beautifully furnished. We had 8 people during our stay and were incredibly comfortable. We loved the outdoor patio. We also booked a driver through our villa, and had a wonderful experience.
