Comfort, facilities, design, place, check in/check out time, parking, terrace, swimming ponds by the terrace, coffee mashine and facilities in the 1st floor kitchen - everything exceeded our expectations.

The accommodation facilities were top-notch 👌🛏️, offering a comfortable and warm ambiance, making you feel at home away from home. An absolute highlight was the opportunity to enjoy various outdoor activities 🚴‍♀️🎣. You can choose from cycling, fishing, or simply strolling through the stunningly lush environment, all while breathing in the pure, crisp air. We had a great time at House of Hops. Beautiful and quite place in the middle of nature. The hosts are really helpful to make our stay confortable. We could enjoy the sauna and the amazing bbq ! We really hope to come back again.

Also lots of other water activities. Padel court, basketball court, boats. The host Robertas was very pleasant and accommodating.

Towels are available. Roksala also includes a barbecue. Bike hire is available at the property and the area is popular for cycling and fishing. Everything is very fresh and new. We had a room with private bathroom. The birds singing was very soothing and we had great rest here. Be aware that breakfast needs to be ordered in advance and there are no shops or cafes nearby. We brought our own food so it was not a problem. Do ask owner about the wine they are making and taste it. It is absolutely marvelous and won some awards.

I did not had any expectations. This place is amazing. Large room, beautiful nature. I regret we came only for 1 night. We wanted to book it on the way back, but it was already occupied. Very pleasant surprise.
