Sarath and his family are the most welcoming and amiable hosts we had on our journey in Sri Lanka. The lodging is on top of a hill and inside a plantation so you are all surrounded by beautiful nature. As part of the plantation Sarath and his family are growing their own coffee and spices from which Sarath's wife cooked a most delicious breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed our stay at Plantation Retreat very much and will never forget the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. We can very much recommend a stay here.

L'Hatale Tea Estate Bungalow è immerso in lussureggianti piantagioni di tè, a soli 1 km dal Hatale Tea Centre. The amazing view and beautiful gardens. The large confortable rooms. Visit to the local tea factory and walk to world’s end. Most of all the wonderful staff including Terence, attentive manager and Jakati, the chef who prepared delicious meals every day and presented it with a wide cheerful smile.
