People are friendly, living in peaceful place, no pollution, price is reasonble, guest house owner is great , always assist guest.
Loved the little bungalow you get, for a great price too! Very friendly owners. Helped accompany all I needed . A little bit out of the town but you can hire a Motor bike for a cheap price for the day . It was lovely and quiet and easy to relax there .
Rooms were clean and the air con worked well. Staff was accommodating. Quiet location if that’s what you’re looking for. Ideal for big family or groups.
We had a fantastic stay at Sabbay Kep. Its quiet location was perfect for us yet it is so close to the crab market and lovely restaurants. Fred and his staff were very accommodating and gave us great recommendations of things to do in the area. The room was large and had everything we needed, and the pool was clean with plenty of loungers. Breakfast was great every morning and we ate here a couple for a couple of other meals and every time was delicious! Would highly recommend!

I wish I had more time and stayed for longer at Q Bungalows. I really enjoyed my stay there. It was quiet, peaceful, beautiful and just what I needed. It is a short walk from the beach and to Kep national park. There are plenty of restaurants close by as well as a restaurant in the resort. I will definitely be back for longer next time!
Atmaland Resort is a delightfully peaceful place to stay. The surroundings are so secluded and quiet, yet close enough to both the crab market and seafood restaurants and the beach itself is only one mile away. Perfect. The staff were great, polite and helpful. The breakfast was brilliant - they bake their own bread, which is incredible. You can tell it's home baked because it has weight and substance to it. I would recommend staying here to anyone who asks.
Great guesthouse in a good location in Kep. Sergei, the owner, is very helpful & friendly and his wife is also lovely. They have a full kitchen you can use as well as laundry facilities & plenty of communal areas - even a mini gym/yoga area. We really appreciate the free water refills. They also helped us with renting a scooter. Our room was lovely & the property is set back off the main road so it is very quiet & peaceful
