Everything is so luxurious but feels so good and warm. People are so nice and warm welcome. Dinner and breakfast are sophisticated and delicious. The food was nice and fresh. There was a private room for both meals. Breakfast with a mountain view was spectacular.

Very peaceful and scenic views but location is hard to find and we had to make a big round to reach the hotel. Staff was especially helpful in making sure we are well taken care of. Public onsen was fantastic

Right next to ocean with wonderful view from the room. The outside onsen was nice and quiet with ocean view from the roof. Some of the dishes for dinner were very good such as sashimi and tempura. Free parking right next to the hotel.

Very quiet and no so many clients

Location gave us uninterrupted bay view, quiet without street noise. The layout of the room amenities bathrobes Japanese house clothes all added to the experience. Breakfast was sumptuous . Access to a private hot tub was well used.

It’s a fantastic place to have peaceful holidays. Private hot spa in room is amazing. Meals are delicious and decent. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Location is at the quiet residence area, good escape from the overcrowded city. 10 mins walk to train station to Beppu station. Definitely will come again!

Room is clean and big with beautiful mountain view. Staff are very nice. In the morning you can have a nice walk alone the field towards Kinrin late. Very quiet and peaceful.

The owners are very kind. When I walked out, the owner came after me and offered an umbrella to protect against the pouring rain. The common area is peaceful and the interior design is beautiful. The bunk beds in the dorm have curtains for privacy The hostel is located in a quiet street yet close to the station, very convenient.
