Room was spacious, the hotel has this luxurious vibe but it is quite old already but the hotel still looks and feels really good. It's like an old well-established hotel that's been here for a long time and still running well.

-You get a whole house! It is very spacious than staying in hotel! -You will feel like you are living with Japanese style, it's something you can not get in hotel or Ryokan -All equipment are in good condition and works accordingly -Neighborhood is very quiet and safe -Parking space is available and free Overall I am very happy to stay in this house, Superb!!!

Quiet, good location next to Station plus free Ramen at night.

Great little spot. A small walk to the main areas. There is an onsen on the low floor - heaven after a day skiing. Tidy and simple. Good size gear room for boots/skis etc. Quiet.

A classic older style Japanese inn run by a very nice elderly couple. The building has lots of character and comfortable. It was nice and quiet. The location was convenient at the base of the Romance Chair. The effort that was made for the meals was appreciated too. There aren’t many options in Sugi for meals so eating at the inn is definitely a good idea.

Quiet. Big rooms. Ask for a garden view. Provide kimino to wear around the hotel and for the Onsen. Short walk to small town with izykawas.

The staff was really friendly, making sure I feel right at home. The place is rather quiet so it's really peaceful and good place to unwind. The garden and the decorations indoors were really interesting.
