This is one of the best experiences we ever had in Italy if not at all. Rustic farm with a lot of animals - peacock, donkey, sheep, birds, cat, dogs etc. Views on valley of temples from the common terrace. Very cute spacious rooms in a farm style. Amazing family and their hospitality, who are super helpful, speak pretty good English and serve the most delicious homemade breakfast from their own products- eggs, yoghurt, marmalade’, fried vegetables. I hope we can come back one day and re-experience it.

Incredibly kind owner explained us all the detailed of the properties and gave us recommendations about the area. The owners are very keen on recycling, which we really appreciated. Our start at ulivi di Cleo was perfect and the owners even offered us croissant for breakfast!

Located in Menfi, 17 km from Selinunte Archaeological Park, Masseria del Carboj provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. It was clean, beautiful and super comfortable. The owner Marco was incredibly welcoming and kind, and really made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. The restaurant was also outstanding, the best pasta we had while in Italy.

Featuring a garden, Masseria Il Passo is set in Favignana, 2.2 km from Cala Rotonda beach. This bed and breakfast offers free private parking and a housekeeping service. The breakfast was excellent, the freshly baked cristata was a delight!

With mountain views, Carrua is situated in Marzamemi and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, seasonal outdoor pool and barbecue. Sicilian hospitality at its best!

Offering free bikes and inner courtyard view, Il Casale di Luisa is set in Modica, 41 km from Cattedrale di Noto and 42 km from Vendicari Natural Reserve. The room is in the family residence. Luisa and her daughter were amazing and helpful. The breakfat was a typical European breakfast - meats, cheeses and pastries. Good coffee. Luisa knew we were Americans and made us scrambled eggs to go with our breakfast - which we really appreciated. The grounds are lovely - beautiful trees, plants and flowers.

Set in Agrigento and only 44 km from Heraclea Minoa, Masseria Torre Saracena offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This private property is well located atop a hill. The home is spacious and has very recently been remodelled to provide big spaces with a comfortable dining area. Breakfast was delightful with specialties from Brontë and other areas of Sicily.
