The owner's son explained all the details at check-in. There is daily room service and breakfast is chosen the day before through an app. We loved our stay and it was the best experience of our vacation in the area.

El Residenza Eden ocupa una casa de campo restaurada que bordea el parque del hotel Villa Dei Cedri, a 200 metros del centro de la aldea de Colà. We very much enjoyed our stay at Residenza Eden. The owner, Christina and her staff, are all very nice and welcoming ♡! The place is situated in a small village Cola, next to Terme Cola and a great public children's playground cca 3 mins away. We traveled with our 6y old and having a playground nearby was fantastic. The swimming pool area is very well maintained and just looks lovely. Every second day, a cleaning lady cleans the apartment. It was almost as staying in a hotel. Location is really practical and a short drive from Sirmione, Lazise and many other small villages/cities in the area that are really worth the visit.
