Beautiful place right on the estuary. Our room was really excellent with an undisturbed view of the river and the bay with egrets, different species of ducks and swans. The opportunity to hang out in several different spaces was really nice. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked for each person each morning. The house and our room was pristine and beautifully decorated. Siobhan is a wonderful host, making suggestions for sight seeing, dining and helping in any way we needed. With views towards Glandore Harbour, the Shearwater Country House offers seafront accommodation with free WiFi and free onsite parking. Lovely B&B in a very nice coastal location. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great view over the bay. The lady of the house makes lovely pancakes for breakfast.

This stunning, 163 acre estate includes beautiful gardens, a 40-acre lake, and the fantastic Sky Garden crater. Fresh home cooking is provided, and guests can enjoy canoeing on the lake. Fantastic stay! Outstanding food, drinks and service. Grounds are beautiful with lots of walks and the lakeside sauna was a highlight. Attention to detail was very high indeed; rooms are very comfortable and the pet-friendliness makes for a warm welcome. Highly recommended.
