All units feature a private bathroom, free toiletries and bed linen. when we first arrived there were drivers who brought us and carried our bag for us. The owner (Johnny) gave us a very warm welcome. the bungalow was very nice, especially the bathroom. if there is a cockroach or anything they will get it out immediately. Johnny also arranged the tracking which was very nice, lovely guides and everybody took good care of us. johnnys brother (Magel) is the sweetest man alive. he helped us with everything, brought us to the atm, helped with SIM card and just about everything. this guy deserves the world. if u go to lucky bamboo, be prepared to feel like a princess. recommend!!!!!

Very friendly place to stay. Trekking and guides. Gardens and grounds. Quiet (but still only a short walk to Bukit Lawang). Restaurant.
All the staff and guides are very friendly and professional, we did a jungle trek together, it was an amazing experience. The location is great in a very quiet and peaceful jungle, we were served with unique and delicious local food during our stay there.
The place is a little bit outside the town and for me this is a good thing because it is very quiet and peaceful (they have a restaurant and provide water and free refill).
Arif and Risky are great hosts. The hotel is 30 minutes walking into the jungle and in a nice quiet area. Al you can hear is the river flowing by, the animals and the rain on the roof Awesome jungle trekking with Wanda and Juli. And great local food at night made by Risky.

Great location Peaceful and quiet
Gorgeous accommodation and tasty food. We treated ourselves to a few days of luxury and were not disappointed! Luxurious bungalows with a view to die for. If you can ride, hire a motorbike and explore the island. The ride through the jungle to the left of the resort is excellent with a couple of view points and lot of birds, wildlife and absolutely no people around.
Clean, quiet and the rooms luxuriously comfortable. Hosts were magnificent, welcoming and helpful.
Beautiful and comfy Hotel with great views and nice stuff. We booked the Jungle Trekking with the Garden Inn and had wonderful two days with Juri, Jerry and Mawan. These three guys did the best and we had an absolutely amazing time with hiking, Orang Utans, Monkeys, great food, rafting and lots of laughing. Would give them 20 Stars out of 10.
