We had a wonderful time at Otu Hostel. Nania, Robby, Elvira and staff made us feel very welcome each time we passed the lobby. They also helped us a lot with usefull advice and logistics. Neighbourhood is lively and kind of hipster, with lots of nice restaurants at walking distance. Hostel though is a peaceful and quiet place. Very good value for money with real and warm persons running the business.
The property was very new, clean and beautifully decorated. Amazing staff, The whole team were great especially Mr Levie! Lovely location to explore the city but also nice and quiet for a peaceful nights sleep. Good breakfast, laundry room. Amazing - would definitely recommend

Very beautiful gardens and pool, my room was super quiet and peaceful to sleep in. When ypu go out you still are on the most popular tourist street with nice Cafés and restaurants!
Location: as quiet as you can get and right in the heart of the city. Very peaceful. Add ons: not only the free breakfast (Indonesian or western), there is a fridge you can use to store your bits, free coffee/tea/ water all day and as well as this they have scooters to rent. Tip: from 5pm head left of the hostel to the square Alun Alun Kidul (500mts) and every night you’ll get tons of food stalls to enjoy Javenese cuisine.

Got convenience store, supermarket, atm within the property compound. Very quiet and peaceful environment. The bathroom got good water pressure.
Very modern, beautifully designed building. The rooftop has beautiful views over the downtown skyscrapers. All staff are exceptionally friendly, and we had a great stay. The road is very quiet and peaceful, but always has people on so feels safe.
Brand new hotel with an appartment tower besides the hotel. The hotel lobby is quiet and clean with lots of sofa s to sit and have a moment to relax. It looks like the entrance of a luxury appartment and not like the busy lobby of a hotel. The room is luxurious and spacious and so is the bathroom. I did not use the breakfast but there is a Starbuck at 5 min walk, a Burger King opposite the starbuck and a Holland Bakery with great Indonesian bites like Lemper, risolles and pastel.
