The view is great and even though it was very hot, a light breeze made it comfortable to hang out. Our son brought hang his hammock between two apple treas - this was his favorite spot. The little house and the surroundlings really look just like on the pictures, it's all new and in a great shape. The upper flor with kitchen/living room and bedroom have a separate entrance than the lower bedroom there is no stairs inside connecting them. Both levels have their own toilet and shower. This might not be ideal if you travel with small children, but we enjoyed the unexpected privacy.

Catherine was super helpful with lots of information about the area including opportunities for wine tasting and great restaurants to try. The wine shop below the accommodation has a great selection of wines from local producers. Definitely with a visit - and trying the Juhark wine in the locality is a must! We will be back. Thank you.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Sárga Ház is a country house set in a historic building in Káptalantóti, 27 km from Sümeg Castle. We had the most wonderful and authentic experience at Sarga Haz, a beautifully renovated old house nestled among vineyards in the Balaton Highlands. The place exuded a nostalgic charm with its comfortably renovated, typical Balaton Highlands style. It was slightly remote, away from the hustle and bustle, which added to its soulful atmosphere. The view was breathtaking, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. We're grateful for everything and can't wait to visit again!

I am gonna say that it was actually better than it looked on the website. Modern house with beautiful garden, clean and good size swimming pool, barn with grill and bar facilities available to the customers. Huge size apartment with all you need, very clean, cozy, and up to a high standard. Excellent for family stay. Top notch!!!!!!!!! Ps. Space for car and bikes available…, I would recommend to challenge yourself and cycle around The Balaton Lake
