Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Family house Bacalja is located in Preko. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The country house provides an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. The host was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. We were met at the door with the keys and tips were given for the home as well as local food and sights. The home was a mix of history with modern touches and included incredible views of the water. There were nice sitting areas both in front and on the terrace and property has beautiful local olive and fruit trees. The home was within easy walking distance of historical sites, great food, and Jaz Beach (which we visited repeatedly).
A/C not in the bedroom, but in the kitchen. All things were new or in very good condition. Very clean. Very nice terrace. Quiet place. Roomy shower.
Very clean, equipped with everything you need. Nice little terrace with a cool view on the olive trees and the sea. Very nice AC. Oliver and Franka are so positive, helpful and they are always around in case of questions but they keep their distance so you can feel really private. Little private entrance to the sea, no people around, quiet and comfortable.
The property was perfect, location was quiet and perfect for family vacation.

Awesome location. As reviewed before, total peace and quiet, blazing sun, no human in sight. Great place for hiking if you dare. I reccomend e-bikes, it was such fun until my tire got damaged! Best host ever!!! Picked me up when I got in trouble with my bike. Welcome was very warm, I got all information needed. Cool water in the fridge. Everything totally clean and equipped with all I could wish for.
The villa was absolutely fantastic. Quiet and peaceful and the location is perfect. The sea was really close, the pool was clean and good size for relaxing. The owner was really kind and helpful. I can suggest this villa, who want a fantastic, relaxing holliday.
