Az 1960 óta farmercsalád tulajdonában lévő Villa Dobravac Wine Estate 500 méterre található a legközelebbi strandtól és Rovinj központjától. We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location was unbeatable – close to everything I wanted to see, making it easy to explore. The staff (or owners) were exceptional: so friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, their service went above and beyond, which really made us feel at home. The rooms and all areas were impeccably clean, modern, and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The food was also delicious, with a variety of options that suited every taste. I couldn't have asked for a better experience – highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Plus, their wine is incredible – I highly recommend giving it a try!

J&J apartment NEW REAL ESTATE 2024 - Free private parking is located in Pula, 1.5 km from Archaeological Museum of Istria, 1.3 km from MEMO Museum, as well as 1.7 km from Pula Castle Kastel. Superb new appartment, great two bedrooms, spacious living room. All appliances brand new. Host was very helpful in delivering tips and tricks. He helped with the luaggae as it is 2nd floor. There was upon arrival free furits, milk, beer, water and coffee tabs. There were dishwasher tabs, toiletries and washmashine tabs. It is bit further from downtwon (10min) but on the other hand nice, silent and safe area. I would stay again and longer.

A nice remote location, which has great views, peaceful and had everything we needed as a family. Great location to get to other locations and lots of restaurants around too. Sandra and the family were great too!

The house is excellently arranged, plenty of space, a great garden, and comfortable beds. Check in was easy and the host was very happy to help with any questions we had.

Gyönyörű ház egy kb 10.000 nm birtokon, ami tele van olivafákkal. A ház gyönyörű, rusztikus. Teljesen elszeparált, szomszéd nincs. A medence tiszta, nagy, 140 cm mély. Van egy széles lépcső az elején, tehát a kisgyerekek is tudnak játszani benne, a nagyobbak pedig úszni. A képek elavultak, ezeket lehetne frissíteni, mert a teraszon van egy nagy árnyékoló terasz rész, ami nem rég épülhetett. A kis "játszótér" rész hasznos, ha gyerekkel jövünk. Hasznos az oldalsó "étkező" terasz. Igazán azt a mediterrán hangulatot kaptuk, amit szerettünk volna. Látszik, hogy sok munka és energia van a házban, hogy ilyen szép legyen. Az elhelyezkedés szempontjából: Novigrad 12 perc autóval (óváros, strand, kikötő, stb...), Szupermarket 4perc autóval, kedves kis étterem 8perc gyalog. Jövőre valószínűleg visszajövünk, a gyerekekkel nagyon tetszett az egész nyaralásunk. Ha valaki kompromisszumok nélkül szeretné magát jól érezni, akkor jöjjön ide el!

Great villa for the company with kids especially who enjoyed their time in the pool, also near by children playing ground and a farm. Very quite neighborhood, relaxing and nice.
