It was an enjoyable stay, we've liked the intro part and as we had a child with us, she really liked the rabbits and other animals.
It's very quiet, so we slept well.
The apartment had a fireplace and we had a nice time playing board games together with Uliana's son. The breakfast was tasty and enough to start our day. Uliana helped us with the nearby places to find takeaway food when we left in the morning to visit the nearby attractions.
The location is perfect for sightseeing and there's no traffic (compared to Kutaisi downtown, takes time to get out!).

Nice location in a quiet and peaceful place, close to the city center (10 minutes walk). The rooms and common areas are very clean. Nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.
The ladies greeted us warmly, and checking in was easy. It is a lovely, peaceful gatden which you can relax in. The kitchenette is nice to enjoy breakfast and the use of a fridge. Having a personal washing machine was a luxury. It is a spacious and bright studio in a good location, and we'd recommend staying here.
Wow.. gorgeous scenery.. beautiful view.. very quiet and peaceful. The stuff is very nice. The breakfast was great. We used the sauna for an extra charge, it was great, right next to the pool.
We stayed in this apartment and were very satisfied. The apartment is clean, beautiful, and cozy. The skylight in one of the bedrooms made a particularly great impression, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The location is just perfect: the apartment is in the city center, yet in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. This allows you to enjoy city life without suffering from noise. Having a parking space was a big plus for us, as we traveled by car. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend!

Spotless and new. Great amenities (unlimited and immediate hot water is a luxury for this price in Georgia). Nice host. Quiet. Easy to reach by car. Private parking inside the fenced yard.
The host was very friendly and nice. The rooms are luxurious and stylishly furnished. It is exceptionally quiet for a city.
I was quite surprised about this hostel. It looked like it was very central in the city (which it was), but not as you expect. I opted for the room without balcony in fear of it being noisy, but the hostel is up in a side lane on a hill, so it is far off any major traffic and generally peaceful and quiet. The hosts are very nice and help with any questions you might have and also the other guests were all nice and friendly.
It was a decent place with a good price for a private room with bathroom. The location is peaceful and quiet.
