Location is very convenient. The house is on the side, NOT facing any busy or even local road that would cause car noise. We enjoyed walking around the area and meeting many farm animals being safe away from cars.

They are also providing transfer to the airport for a pretty reasonable price. P.s. All of the pets are sooo cute make sure that you'll have time to pet the dog for me once more

Nice location in a quiet and peaceful place, close to the city center (10 minutes walk). The rooms and common areas are very clean. Nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.
The ladies greeted us warmly, and checking in was easy. It is a lovely, peaceful gatden which you can relax in. The kitchenette is nice to enjoy breakfast and the use of a fridge. Having a personal washing machine was a luxury. It is a spacious and bright studio in a good location, and we'd recommend staying here.
Wow.. gorgeous scenery.. beautiful view.. very quiet and peaceful. The stuff is very nice. The breakfast was great. We used the sauna for an extra charge, it was great, right next to the pool.
Small but comfortable houses with great view on the river in a quiet and peaceful place. Absolutely delicious breakfast! There is a place to sit together with friends on the terrace of the restaurant.
The apartment was wonderful. It was bigger than I thought and well decorated. The apartment was very clean too. The outdoor area was stunning! A beautiful lake and a luscious garden where you could relax in the evening after a long day with a calm and quiet environment with very friendly pets. However, the real gem of this country house is the hostess Uliana, who is extremely friendly and welcoming and makes a wonderful breakfast.
For me a very good location.Close to the bus station,shop and market better for me nis green bazaar because for the locals. At the same time it is at such a distance that it is quiet and peaceful.I was for one night.
A Hidden Gem in Kutaisi! Staying at Hotel 1887 was an absolute delight! Perfectly located near top attractions, yet peaceful and quiet.
