Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Cloncaird Castle Estate Cottages is located in Maybole, 23 km from Ayr Racecourse and 32 km from Royal Troon. The cottage was beautiful and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable with crisp bedding and feather quilt and pillows. It was very well equipped with everything you could need. Brilliant shower and a coal fire. The surroundings were exquisite and very well kept. Amazing walks on the grounds.

Ponajprije me je oduševilo to što me je soba čekala spremna iako sam došla mnogo ranije nego što je predviđeno vrijeme registracije. To mi je puno značilo jer sam imala samo jedno popodne za posjetiti sve što sam željela vidjeti u Invernessu. Soba je bila lijepa, krevet udoban i velik a kupaonica moderna i čista. Uvijek mi se sviđaju maleni znakovi pažnje pa sam bila oduševljena da mi je u frižideru ostavljena mala bočica sa svježim mlijekom za kavu/čaj. Okruženje je vrlo mirno, s livadama na kojima pasu konji i krave. Diane me je oduševila količinom raznovrsne hrane za doručak. Iako sam naručila škotski doručak, na stolu me je još dodatno dočekalo svježe voće i razni namazi. John i Diane su jako simpatični i dragi domaćini. John mi je pomogao oko taksija a Diane i ja smo imale divan razgovor o našim kućnim ljubimcima. Sve u svemu, jako ugodan i lijep iako vrlo kratak boravak.

Featuring a garden, bar and views of mountain, Crubenbeg Country House is set in Newtonmore, 47 km from Blair Castle. It is located 8.8 km from Newtonmore Golf Club and provides luggage storage space.... Very nice B&B with wonderful hosts. Everything was perfect! We were greeted like long-lost friends :) We felt like at home! Tidy, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast is unreal! Traditional and hearty, served in the hosts' dining room. The apartments are close to the main road, but in complete nature, cows are grazing behind the fence, there is a place to walk, look around, near a mountain river, a waterfall.

Broomfields Country House in Melrose provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Quiet location with lovely views. A lovely log fire in the lounge. Martin and his wife were a lovely couple. Fried breakfast was extra but there was lovely fresh fruit, croissants, smoothie eccetera included in the price.
