The house itself is always spotless and well-equipped. Marie and Simon are always willing to go the extra mile - dropped in firewood when we ran low. Beds are amazingly comfortable and the location is quiet and dark so you have a great night's sleep.

The property was clean, tidy and affordable, the shared bathroom was kept clean by all guests, the location was good and had both on and off street parking. I needed to contact the staff and they were super helpful giving me all the information I needed and were happy to go the extra mile to assist us
Room had lovely view of the garden and trees. It was quiet and peaceful with welcome touches like fresh fruit and snacks plus very high quality herbal teas. Maria and Pete were wonderful hosts generous and always happy to help. Thank you very much.
The quiet and peaceful location, a short walk into the city centre
The Location is Superb. Literally a stones throw from the Albert Dock, the Cavern Quarter and the Shopping District. The room was extremely pleasant and fantastically quiet and peaceful despite the city centre location. The room is spotless and has its own fridge and tea and coffee making facilities! The bathroom was also very nice. We both loved the bed linen, it felt a cut above and we slept like babies. Luggage storage on the day we left was a huge bonus. The staff were also very pleassant.
It was easy enough to find! Once I had the key code, access was lovely! The property looked good and the town house setup, felt generally comfortable, with much needed facilities available to all, when required. The room looked thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable and definitely, made for me, not too firm or soft. The environment whilst I was there was peaceful and quiet!

The place was spotless, with everything we could want or need for a very comfortable enjoyable stay. Communication was excellent, the hosts are very friendly and timely with any responses. Beds were super comfortable, and bathrooms great. The neighbourhood is very quiet, we had a very peaceful stay throughout. Highly recommended!!
