Welcome to Cardhu Country House which sits in the very heart of the Malt Whisky Trail. We loved our stay so much, it is beyond words how perfect we found this BnB. Our hosts felt like friends we had known for a lifetime. The food is delicious. The linen, decor and furnishings are beautiful with no expense spared. The rooms are private and exceptionally spacious, including the adjoining ensuite, with everything you could possibly need at hand. The country air and setting is picture perfect, and with the Whisky trail at your doorstep, we felt spoiled beyond words.

The bedrooms were a dream—tastefully decorated & incredibly comfy beds that made it hard to leave each morning. Beyond the cozy bedrooms, we enjoyed so many amenities. The outdoor hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, offering relaxation under the stars. The cinema room was a real treat for movie nights, complete with plush seating and a big screen for an authentic experience. And for fun evenings in, the pool table provided hours of entertainment for our group. Whether you’re enjoying the beautiful surroundings, or making use of the fantastic amenities, this place has it all. A perfect Scottish retreat that combines elegance, comfort, and fun. The host was amazing, really nice person, got back to us straight away with any questions. Places we visited not far from the home - Leith hall - Drum castle - Dunnottar castle (highly recommended) - Stonehaven not far from Dunnottar and we seen dolphins. - Climbed Bennachie (Mither tap) - Wynford animal park - fly fishing at Lochter activity centre - Ballater and Balmoral (prince alberts pyramid worth a visit) Spice of life in Inverurie is up there in my top 5 Indian restaurants.

Beautifully, tastefully decorated. Just the right size home. Cozy. A working real fireplace!! It had a good vibe. The beds were so comfortable. It had everything you would need for your stay!! Full kitchen, washer. New bathrooms. It felt homey. This was our favorite accommodation on our 2 week holiday!!

Macdui - Mar Lodge Estate enjoys a location in Ballater, just 35 km from Balmoral Castle and 29 km from Glenshee Ski Centre. The property was beautiful. Spotless and in a peaceful and picturesque location. Comfortable and all you need in the kitchen etc for a great stay.

Set in 44 acres of gardens and woodland, Thainstone House is just 15 minutes from Aberdeen Dyce International Airport. The hotel has a luxury spa and fitness centre, and a free parking. Booked for executives travelling to a Conference and they were very impressed with everything, rooms, facilities food etc.

One of the most historic hotels in Scotland with turrets and spiral staircases, Pittodrie House is set in 2,400 acres of land, just a 30-minute drive from Aberdeen. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was excellent. I would recommend to use the dinner. Waiter was professional and the chef was so professional.

In 350 acres of mature woodland and peaceful rolling parkland, this beautiful country house hotel has its very own private golf course, free Wi-Fi and charming, elegant, individually decorated rooms. Staff were very curtious and friendly. The scenery is absolutely stunning. The food was exceptional and the best we had in Scotland. The rooms were big, beautiful, very clean and very well equipped. The interior and exterior was exquisite, it felt like we were sleeping in a castle.
