An amazing property in a beautiful village. The accomodation is very stylish, extremely well-built and very comfortable. I have never seen such a property in the Pyrenees. The staff are very polite and helpful and the food in the restaurant outstanding.

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful room in a charming manor house. We enjoyed the sense of history intermixed with a modern original art showcase. We loved the hot tub and sauna and even managed to cool down in the pool. Aurélia prepared delicious charcuterie and snacks in the evening and a welcoming breakfast in the grand dining hall. A beautiful place in a quiet, charming hamlet.

Beautiful Château in a very quaint village with stunning walks nearby. We ate twice for breakfast and twice in the restaurant and what a gastronomique experience we had ! The breakfast - we had so much choice of fresh and artisan products all delicious and the evening meals we had were exceptional ! So much love has been put into the food and everything was cooked to perfection and there was some fantastic surprises on the menu unfortunately we couldn't eat every dish but we will be back to do just that ! Thank you for you passion we appreciated it greatly ! The room was lovely and high class bedding. For everything room, breakfast and dinner it all was very reasonably priced - compared to a lot of other places i would call it a bargain for the price/quality Merci !!

Chateau de Gouyas very much exceeded my expectations!! It was a stylish comfortable serene modern fairytale!!!! The exemplary hosts Shelby & Dominique were so considerate, personable and always willing to engage with us whenever needed and also very much respected our privacy. The oh so many different rooms are decorated with a stylish worldy integrity. There are so many idyllic settings to use that you could almost get lost as it is grandiose and spacious. The location is glorious & serene and conveniently located to many wonderful villages & towns abundant in history and athentic charm. I will be returning there again soon I hope.
