An amazing property in a beautiful village. The accomodation is very stylish, extremely well-built and very comfortable. I have never seen such a property in the Pyrenees. The staff are very polite and helpful and the food in the restaurant outstanding.

Restaurant downstairs was high standard with charming staff, we ate there three nights. Highly recommended.

The view was breathtaking, and the room was immaculate. Dinner and breakfast were really, really good. Tony was a joy to have as our host. There is so much to do in this area. We wish we had booked for 5 -7 days instead of just 2. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were perfect. A lot of thought went into creating this place. I loved all the beautiful furniture and wall hangings from other countries. This is a very special place and I highly recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a charming atmosphere that made us feel like royalty. Location: The chateau is perfectly situated in the picturesque village of Collias, surrounded by the beautifully curated gardens and territory of the chateau, including a vegetable garden, and a few chickens, pig and rabbit. The view from atop their hilltop is breathtaking. Accommodation: Our room was a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The elegant decor, comfortable bed, and very spacious bathroom made for a very relaxing stay. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail. The chateau itself is wonderfully and personally decorated by the hosts, with wonderful mixtures of french baroque with African art (from their travels), and other things in between. Our hosts were the most lovely people, and made us feel like they were passionate about us having an incredible stay, which we did. Additionally, their Michelin-star restaurant has excellent value for money, and wonderful wine pairings with lovely food. I so strongly recommend this place with all my heart, and will return as soon as I can! Thank you!

We enjoyed the sense of history intermixed with a modern original art showcase. We loved the hot tub and sauna and even managed to cool down in the pool. Aurélia prepared delicious charcuterie and snacks in the evening and a welcoming breakfast in the grand dining hall. A beautiful place in a quiet, charming hamlet.

It felt very luxurious at a reasonable price. The grounds are stunning with the pool and gardens. The common area was comfortable and well stocked. Breakfast was the best on our trip through the region. And the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They gave great recommendations and even worked to book us extra tastings. Fantastic stay.
