MANOIR AUX trois charmes features a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 20 km of Belfort Train Station and 33 km of Montbeliard Castle. Amazing location and very helpful and friendly host. She accommodated us early to keep our luggage while we visited the Notre Dame du Haut Chapel. She also advised us on a good dinner spot etc. Very clean room in a beautiful historic building. Breakfast consisted of Croissants and Bread with Nutella and Jams but was very good and served in our room very early since we had to catch a train. Walking distance from the station and if you are adventurous, also to the Le Corbusier Chapel which is about 2km of walking up a hill from the guest house.

Set in Nans-sous-Sainte-Anne, 42 km from Micropolis, A l'Ombre du Château features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. Beautiful spot in an old (18th century, I believe) farmhouse adjacent to an old small castle. Rooms in the original style but with modern amenities. Super nice and welcoming hosts and delicious breakfast. Some nice nature to explore nearby. The larger room we had felt like a romantic getaway room.

Chateau de Rigny sits on a 5-hectare park situated on the banks of the Saône River. It has a terrace that overlooks the park and the outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. If your criteria for traveling are to stay in authentic places, at the opposite of banal and impersonal hotels, please put the Chateau de Rigny on your stay-over and vacation plans. We loved it although we only stayed one night on our voyage between Switzerland and Belgium. The place is beautifull even when the weather is cold and drizzling. One is immerged immediately in history dating many centuries. Before dinner we savoured the house apperitif in front of a cosy fireplace in the main salon surrounded with ancient books and hunting trophees. The dinner was excellent in a grandiose room: we felt like royalty. We chose the wild boar and scallops accompained by a nice glass of local wine. No surprise that the restaurant gets high rates. After a good night sleep, we took our breakfast in the winter garden, fully glazed towards the park. The total bill defies any stay we had in other hotels: we would call it democratic! This is a place of dreams. In summer it must be out of this world. As one can guess from this review, we deeply fell in love with the Chateau de Rigny.

Quiet location close to the riverside and nature, parking space in front of the house, possibility to sit outside on the porch, clean a newly equipped house.

Offering a garden and garden view, CHEZ NOUNOU is set in Souvans, 13 km from Isis aquatic park and 15 km from Birthplace - Pasteur museum. The apartment was in a lovely quiet location and the owners were very amenable when we were delayed by 5 hours at Dover , therefore arriving a lot later. The owners live next door and opened up for us. Wish we could have had more time there. Everything that we needed for an overnight stay was there.
