Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Rêve de Loire chambres d'hôtes au calme au pied des châteaux de la Loire offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. The host was amazing. Very helpful with dinner bookings and information about attractions in the area. The building is a newly renovated farm house and has been renovated and decorated beautifully. As soon as we walked we felt relaxed and amazed at how lovely the room was. We were on a cycling trip and the location isn't too far from the cycling route plus is more peaceful than Chaumont sur Loire. Breakfast was great with homemade yoghurt, jams and banana bread. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Very tastefully redecorated house, huge garden with lots of play area. Host is amazingly friendly and makes you feel at home immediately. Recommended to everyone particularly those with children. Location is ideal for exploring the Loire Valley. We will definitely come back.

Great location overlooking the Loire and 5 mins from town centre. Very clean and well equipped . Good size of lounge and eating area.

Le Gite de Myla au pied du Château Royal d'Amboise is situated in Amboise, 400 metres from Château d'Amboise, 1.3 km from Amboise Train Station, as well as 18 km from Chateau de Chaumont sur Loire. This place is at the footsteps of the Amboise Chateau - located just a couple of minutes from the main shopping and dining streats and the Chateau itself. Despite that, it is very quite and nice, especially after the restaurant in front of it finishes the day around 9pm (good food there by the way). The apartment has everything that you would need, with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. It is not very clear from the pictures but it is spread across two floors with separate bedrooms in addition to the living room - so plenty of room even for our family of four. It is also very well equipped for kids. The hosts don't really speak English but we managed well, and thanks for the wine!
