An absolutely charming little place with the best of views to the archipelago. The Majamaja is a testament to minimalistic Nordic deco and a comfortable retreat to spend a couple of days, equipped with everything one needs to relax and enjoy a simple life near nature. The off-grid concept made the experience unique and was quite fascinating too. If you are prepared to let the sun guide your consumption of electricity and water (which is sort of the point), this place is a must to experience. Will definitely have a staycation here again! Instructions for arrival and the inner workings of the Majamaja were clear and everything ran smoothly during our stay.

Boasting a garden, barbecue facilities and views of garden, Villa Tuomiranta is located in Sannäs, 19 km from Porvoo Bus Station. Beautiful, old wooden house in fantastic surroundings. From the veranda magnificent view of the countryside. Shore of the fjord in the immediate vicinity. Very secluded location, here you can really relax in peace. The host is very nice and helpful. If you like it, you also have the opportunity to book an evening in the Finnish sauna or the smoke sauna. The beautiful town of Porvoo with its picturesque old town is easily accessible a few kilometers away. There are also good opportunities to shop here. We were completely satisfied and would love to come back. Highly recommended.
