The view from the room is extrodinary (both Teide and the ocean) and during night you can see tons of start on their private yard, due to not much light pollution around.

This was the most impressive stay we’ve had in a very long time and we travel a lot! So many thoughful details everywhere, from mosquito spray, to walking sticks, living plants, xmas decorations, wine bottle and food in the pantry. You could really feel the warmth from this host, they really care for their guests and we will 100% be back the next time we visit Tenerife. The area has s lot of great hiking options - we came to hike the Masca Gorge but we could easily have stayed here for a week if we knew about all the other hiking trails in this area. Offering a garden and garden view, El Sitio de la Casa is located in Arico el Nuevo, 32 km from Golf del Sur and 43 km from Aqualand. The house was decorated simple but with character, the kitchen was well equipped and everything you need was provided (dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels, some salt and pepper, even a big bottle of water and a bottle of wine to welcome you, just bring your own shampoo, in the office there’s also products to share such as olive oil). It’s very clean. The gardens are pretty and quiet, you don’t even notice there are other guests. The owner Emilio is very friendly. El Sitio is located in the old part of the village with white houses with green windows and shutters. The village has a small bar, pizza restaurant, two small supermarkets, gas station, farmacie and even a doctor (Red Cross). It’s just 6 km from the high way, but you feel very much in the country side. Take a small hike up the hill for beautiful views.
