A large room with en suite bathroom in a fine old mansion. A quiet location in a very affluent suburb of the city with good public transport links into town. Alternatively a very pleasant lakeside stroll will take you to the centre. Plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast.

Comfy bed and pillows, quiet, nicely designed room overlooking the water was very peaceful. Everything was clean and felt brand new. The bar area is nice for a drink in the evening.

Located out of the city centre in a quiet but affluent neighbourhood made the stay really peaceful. The breakfast was varied and tasty with a great selection of German and continental European dishes. The furnishings where really nice and thematic for the manor house. The hotel is actually right in front of a bus stop that takes 15 minutes to reach the centre of Hamburg. It's much more convenient than walking from the S-Bahn.

Over looking trees and gardens, our room was amazingly quiet and peaceful for somewhere so central. Well connected - just a short walk from the main railway station, subway and local restaurants. My family loved the split level room - though lots of stairs to climb! Great characterful modern design, using a mixture of warm natural materials and exposed concrete. A distinctive hotel - we enjoyed our stay and still talk about it now.

You can check in at any time, the staff is helpful. Peaceful quiet place, you can sleep with the window open. Nice clean modern area for breakfast, fresh various food, also it is free coffee all the time if you would like to sit in the common area or outdoors. It was very convenient that you can leave your bags at the hotel on the day of departure and still walk around the city if your flight is only in the evening.

The hotel is located close enough to the highway for easy access, and far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The little restaurant is very cosy, typically german and serves good food. The room was clean and nice and had a coffee machine.

Overall very impressed with the quality of the experience for the price! Great Neustadt location walking distance to St Pauli, Binnenalster and the city center, but a quiet and peaceful hideaway. Balcony and nicely appointed kitchen made it feel like home. Generous bathtub and great water pressure. Lots of closet space. Pool and sauna facilities were truly above expectations too!

Very basic, but all one can expect for the price was available: Good room, clean, perfect location, free WiFi, Television in room, privacy, you name it. Of course for the price it is not a luxury suite with sea views, but if just for staying a few nights it is perfect. During the week it was nice and quiet, and weekends it might be recommendable to ask for a room away from the street side.
