Very nice place to stay. Safe, clean, with running water and working electricity and Internet. There’s also private parking available. Basic breakfast is included and makes a good start of the day. The location is convenient for the mountain walks. We hired a car and used as a base to explore all the island. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The last kilometres of the road after leaving the main road is not asphalted but it’s wide and in very good condition . The view of the mountains around is very nice. Due to the mountains location the temperature is cooler than at the seaside which make the sleeping much more pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back.
Location perfect, in close proximity to Serra Malagueta hiking. Large balconies, clean rooms. The view from room fantastic. Bathrobes in room. Good food. Friendly house cat.
Really great, very comfortable apartment in quiet and safe area of Praia. Tony was truly fantastic host. He was always available on WhatsApp, we felt in his company like he was our best friend. I warmly recommend his apartment to anyone who wants to spend the night in Praia.
Perfect location, very quiet street yet so close to the busy areas of the Plateau. The room was spotless, and the managers were vey helpful and friendly.
I particularly loved the Terrasse, as it is a wonderful place to be, relax and enjoy the great view. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and Delfim is a very friendly and helpful host.

Very nice host, 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, close to restaurants, supermarkets. Very quiet during the night.
Quiet apartment. Once the windows were shut it was absolutely quiet. Air conditioning, fully functional and fast. Cleanliness. The apartment was spotless.
