Featuring a garden and views of quiet street, Casa Pau is a recently renovated country house located in Santa Maria, 200 metres from Praia António Sousa. This beachfront property offers access to a patio. The country house also offers facilities for disabled guests. Nice large room on the edge of town away from large resorts. Great ceiling fan (no AC) which had a consistent white noise that blocked out all noise, for a quiet great night of sleep. Well planned room with plenty of practically placed shelves and hooks to put items. The 20 euro airport pickup for our 1am checkin went smoothly. 5min walk from a small grocery and the water where you can see a great sunset. Great communication with host on WhatsApp.
We absolutely loved everything about it. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay. The location is great: 1 street away from Angulo beach, 1 minute away from the pedestrian street and 10 minutes walk from the pier. The apartment is fully equipped, it has a cozy high end interior, and the combination of the great beds and the quiet neighborhood ensured that we had a good night's sleep. We really felt at home. Toni and Maria are great people, friendly, very helpful and always available if we had a question
A great and beautiful quiet location close to the beach and nice restaurants within reach. 10 minutes walk to the Center of Sal. The Host was very helpful and offers Airport transfer die a reasonable price.
We loved the apartment, very spacious, clean and well appointed. Loved the balcony/terrace where we ate and sunbathed. The property felt secure and it was well maintained. Bobbywashere are the managers of the apartment and they were really informative and helpful, their welcome app provides recommendations on everything from restaurants to care hire places. Highly recommend for a quiet but not out of town holiday apartment.
It is a family-run business which was appealing to us, as we wanted to support the local community. The location was central yet peaceful, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the resorts area. The cleaning and breakfast staff were incredibly professional and sweet. :))
Excellent host Peter - he will provide you with any kind of information you will need during your stay. Peter was always reachable and helpful. The house is clean, well equipped in a quiet neighborhood with shuttle connection to the beach or Santa Maria (for free).
Well kept apartment hotel. Nice and clean. Nice selection at breakfast. Close to beach. In a quiet peaceful area. I would return.
This place is a peaceful haven away from the hustle, bustle and noise of the main street. It's a 15 minute walk to town and there are beach clubs and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The staff are warm and friendly, the rooms are clean and well-equipped. Milu the owner is on hand to help with anything you need during your stay. Definitely recommend for those looking for some peace and quiet.
The breakfast which is served on the terrace is superb. One day we had omelette accompanied by cheese & meats with bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice & coffee. We were full for hours. The property is at the far end of Santa Maria in a mainly residential area so it is very quiet, which is great if you enjoy a peaceful relaxing location.
