It’s our first visit to China and the hosts have made us want to visit China again. They go beyond the call of duty to make our stay so memorable & comfortable. Anybody who chooses to stay at this accomodation will be assured of a wonderful experience. I wish the hosts all the best and they deserve the best things life has to offer. Situado apenas a 10 minutos a pé da Grande Muralha Badaling e a 5 minutos a pé da Estação Ferroviária de Badaling, o Beijing Badaling Great Wall Cao’s Courtyard Hostel é um edifício de estilo... David is amazing, help me through everything (tickets, taxi, hints, .. ). His English is very good. Courtyard is very nice, food very good. Atmosfere magic. Strongly recommended.

Com ar condicionado, o Flower Yard apresenta acomodações em Mutianyu Village. Há uma sala de jogos no local e os hóspedes podem desfrutar do restaurante no local. My wife and I were visiting Beijing and were a little nervous about taking a group tour of the Great Wall. We had read about tourists being pressured to buy things or bus stops involving tea ceremonies that waste half the day. Fortunately we read the reviews for the Flower Yard and followed the advice. This is a small hotel on the outskirts of the Beijing, literally a stones throw from the wall itself. They have their own private shuttle service. The owners welcomed us warmly which was much appreciated. They have a daughter about 4 or 5yrs old named Beth. Beth was the life of the party. I think my wife enjoyed her as much as the visit to the Great Wall. The food was good and it didn’t matter that we don’t speak Mandarin as the menu had a photo besides everything we ordered. The atmosphere was quiet and friendly. Luckily English was spoken at the hotel which really surprised us considering the Flower Yard isn’t a major hotel in the big city. Our room had Oriental furniture and we later learned Tony the owner, was a local artist and had painted the pictures on the wall. The bed had a thin mattress on a firm board. I’ve never slept on one before and can honestly say I got a great nights sleep.
