Château Salavaux stammer fra 1594 og er omgivet af grønne marker og æbleplantager, blot 1 km fra Murten-søen. One of my favorite hotel stays ever. The hotel itself is gorgeous - out of a fairytale. The staff was amazing. The Salavaux/Vully area is so special. We rented a vespa from the hotel and drove around the countryside - and the hotel packed us a picnic lunch of cheese, ham, bread and wine. The staff helped us find the best wineries nearby. We had an incredible dinner at the hotel our first night. I couldn't say enough amazing things about our stay here.

Le Relais du Château Monney ligger i Cournillens, 15 minutters kørsel fra Fribourg, Murten og Avenches. Der tilbydes restaurant med terrasse med panoramaudsigt. Owner, manager welcome’s you himself. Breakfast fresh, very good with some local produce and background.
