Very comfortable beds, coffee and beverages at hand. A wonderful, simple and friendly served breakfast. A very polite and friendly host. We had a marvellous three days here.

A little oasis in the town. Loved the breakfast (could eat the brioche bread all day). Rented e-bikes and rode around the countryside, fabulous! Love the no-host honour bar. We had dinner in the chateau one evening and it was excellent. Would recommend 100%.

We found our stay most delightful at Country House Duinhof. The apartment exceeded our expectations with the beautiful room decor, pool and backyard and breakfast facilities.

O Romantik Manoir Carpe Diem é um hotel encantador em De Haan. O belo jardim com piscina é um ótimo lugar para relaxar neste ambiente tranquilo perto do mar. The location is great, very quiet and beautiful surrounding, not far from the beaches. Staff and owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, suggestions for restaurants, service at breakfast etc all absolutely perfect. Lovely interiors with lots of cosy areas and honesty bar- really nice! We will definitely come again!! Kind regards and Thank you very much for a perfect, relaxing short break at Carpe Diem! :-)

Our favourite thing was to have a bbq and sit out on the long garden table eating our dinner whilst watching the orange sunsets. The kids loved the go karts. The owners who live next door were very kind, friendly and helpful. The surrounding area was brilliant for exploring WW1 sites, Ypres is a gorgeous city- quiet, easy to park with nice cafes, and friendly people. We would definitely come back and stay here if we were ever visiting Belgium again.
