Arrived 5 hours early just expecting to store our bags. Instead we were instantly upgraded to a suite and allowed to check-in straight away! Perhaps as we travelled during a quiet season but still great service. The room was extremely luxurious as were the facilites and customer service. Bed was very comfortable. Pool speaks for itself, stunning view.
A quiet and peaceful place for family and friends, clean food is amazing and the staff are welcoming. Hope I come back soon
The property is peaceful and has nice ambience. The lobby is quiet and beautiful, you can sit and relax without much chaos from the patrons, which is really good. We also like it because we were given complimentary upgrade by Mr Nabil when we acquire for sea view room. Very nice. Asyeesha also was accommodating when we asked for late check-out. We like the bfast, it was superb. The servers were polite and helpful. We had an excellent one nite stay. Will definitely revisit when we are in DXB👍👍👍👍💗💗💗💗
Very peaceful and quiet sleep lounge right in the middle of the terminal. Also very conveniently located right by the washrooms and prayer rooms.

I've been staying at j5 port saeed for a long time now. I must say the location is amazing and I love that it is a quiet hotel .Very peaceful . The whole team at the front desk is very helpful and specially Miss Mai .They are also open to suggestions and new ideas :)
This place was not for me personally. It’s extremely expensive (4 gelatos for £50) didn’t even taste anything special considering . If you like to show off and take photos for Instagram then this is the place for you. If you like a quiet , peaceful place then this is NOT the place for you. The aesthetic of this place is photo worthy BUT it’s NOT luxurious.
