Very comfortable stay at Agava house - a nice, clean and spacious spot... the roof terrace was great for sunrises and sunsets, and the garden was bursting with a huge variety of flowers and succulents.

A magical setting amongst some of the prettiest countryside we have seen .. Charming accommodation. Delicious dinner and a sumptuous country breakfast .. totally loved our stay only wish it were for longer.. and just to add the staff so lovely and incredibly helpful .. After leaving my IPad behind the management went to great lengths to ensure it was forwarded on to me .. most grateful for the assistance 🙏🌸
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
Amazing accommodation down a quiet road. Very peaceful surroundings.
The unit
unit is much larger than expected and equipped with everything you need.
Loved the peaceful outside braai area
Will definitely be back
Without a doubt this is one of the best places my husband and l have ever stayed. Our hosts, Marina and Hans are both wonderful people who went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay memorable. The cottage is fitted out beautifully, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is simply luxurious and the location is quiet and very private while still being walking distance to the center of town. I don't often leave a comment but this place deserves special mention. Thank you Marina and Hans for making our stay simply wonderful.
incredibly warm, attentive and welcoming staff. extremely helpful with information on the town and surrounds. the amenities provided were thoughtful and luxurious with plenty of lovely spaces to sit and relax either inside or outside rooms. comfy beds very quiet, but loads of birds (in a good way)! a top notch hot breakfast and even homemade snacks in the rooms. the location is on the outer edge of town so it’s a little walk from the centre of town but you get a more secluded homely feel as a result.
A beautiful house, with luxury and quality throughout. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely comfortable bed. Filled with interesting memorabilia and books. We stayed for one night only, but wished we could have stayed a few nights. Great location within easy walking distance to restaurants. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Prince Albert.
Charming country hotel, that welcomes their guests with friendly service. The hotel is well located, you have 2 bars to choose from, plus dining at the Victoria Room. The rooms are cozy and well equipped. The beds are comfortable for a peaceful night.
Peaceful, quiet and very beautiful location.
Very comfortable, stylish rooms and communal spaces.
Delightful hosts who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was positive.
Fabulous breakfast.
Peaceful, quiet and dog friendly place and community. We travelled in the middle of January so it was super hot but evenings under the stars are absolutely worth it 🌻
