The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had to check out early before breakfast and they made us hot food to go and even dropped us to our bus stop!

Everything about this place is excellent. Impeccable room (comfy bed, great shower, everything super clean), perfect breakfast (super varied and abundant, you can even choose 1 omelet/pancake of different kinds + 1 cafe/tea + 1 fruit juice from a menu), friendly staff (Yen is AWESOME, she is so helpful and efficient, we loved her!). They offer many useful services (laundry, bus tickets, motorbike rental; everything for a super reasonable price).

If you are travelling to either Ninh Binh or Tam Coc, stay here. This place will stay in our hearts forever for so many reason's. My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and had no complaints whatsoever.
It is located just outside of downtown Ninh Binh and is only about a 10 minute scooter ride from Tam Coc. Being outside of the city was just what we needed and it truly felt like our own private oasis. It is in a quiet but beautiful area with tones of places to walk and explore, and you are surrounded by beautiful rock formations and trees.
The facilities are very clean and the staff were incredible. They are warm, kind, and extremely helpful. They helped us with scooter rental, bus bookings, and getting a shuttle so that we could visit the Perfume Pagoda. Not to mention that Dad was a Chef in Hanoi and made us amazing breakfasts every morning. We even opted to have dinner there one night and were so pleased that we did as it was the best meal we had during our stay in these two cities.
Do yourself a big favour and stay at Peaceful Refuge Homestay. You wont regret it.

This accommodation was lovely! The family who ran this place couldn't do enough for you but without being overbearing. The rooms were very clean and in great condition as we were informed they had only recently been renovated. The water pressure was strong too which I always appreciate after a long day travelling. The breakfast provided was delicious and freshly made each morning.

A very friendly family runs the homestay hotel. They were very helpful and caring. The hotel is nice and quiet in a hamlet near the very busy Ninh Binh and Tam Coc centres which can be reached by bike easily. Authentic, peaceful, beautiful and welcoming. I sincerely recommend.

If you are looking for a resort near the city center, this place is not suitable. It is very quiet and far from the city center. The rooms here are basically decorated, not luxurious, with cheap rates, and the staff are friendly.
Trang An Retreat is set in a beautiful location. It's very quiet and peaceful. The pool was super clean. Close to Teang An boats. The hosts gave great advice on the best time to do activities. The WiFi was excellent as well.
Great hotel! Very luxurious and clean room. Peaceful and quiet location in the mkddle of a ricefield. Just a stone's throw from Mua and Trang An that we were able to exore with free bikes. Lovely staff as well. Would recommend!
