The hospitality of the hotel staff was amazing, they were super friendly and even recommended local places to eat at. They helped us with our bags and made the checking in/out process very easy. The breakfast had great variety. The pool was nice. The hotel is far away enough from central Nha Trang so it is quiet and peaceful at night but a 15 minute drive if you want to enjoy the night life.
The apartment has a very beautiful and quiet city view, suitable for relaxation. The interior is luxurious, comfortable and well maintained. Having airport pick-up service is a big plus.
The rooms are huge and all have a balcony. The breakfast is amazing and so is the pool. Beautiful views and just across the road to the beach.
It is extremely noisy here at night with a beach club that goes until 2am and sounds like it is inside your room if you are in a beach facing view. But management gave us a second room on a quiet level with a city view and it was peaceful to sleep in. They let us keep our beachfront room for during the day and we slept in the city view room. It really was great customer service.
