Great location in the Old Quarter. A quiet side street, off from the bustling main roads. Short walk to some tourist spots, short taxi ride to others. The room was lovely, not luxurious but very pleasant with all the necessary amenities. A great view of the rooftops of the city. And quiet at night.

Big, comfortable room in a guesthouse at the quiet end of an alley, with a peaceful garden and a small outdoor kitchen. Vanh is a terrific and responsive host, and helpful with local information. The location is a little away from the old quarter, but we liked it as it was less touristy, quieter and cheaper.

The Charming host made us feel very welcome in this quiet house in a side street within walking distance of central Hanoi. We had the upstairs apartment between the three of us. It was simple but spacious. Not luxurious but clean and functional

All staff are super welcoming, kind, gentle and genuinely happy to help. They offer mopeds and bikes to help you get around but it’s easy and cheap to have a taxi too. The grounds itself are absolutely immpecable- so clean and well kept so relaxing quiet and peaceful. The rooms are large with all ameneties and there are other activities they have like a paddle board.

We had a lovely stay at S central hotel. When we arrived we were told we’d been upgraded to a family room which was very spacious, decorated to a high standard, true to photos and fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet in a very peaceful street. Location was excellent, walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and sky bars! Mr Harry was particularly pleasant to deal with.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old quarter, but very quiet and peaceful at night. Wonderful rooms, linen, bathrooms. Spectacular breakfast buffet and great views from the rooftop breakfast restaurant. But the real highlight is the staff, so kind and accommodating. Special thanks to Sophie and Kim at reception, absolute gems.

Although the hotel is located in a busy part of Hanoi, it is very peaceful and quiet. The staff is fantastic, alert and always ready to help. They give you the best sightseeing and food recommendations the moment you arrive. We asked about the trip to Ha Long Bay and they organized it for us too. The rooms are well-equipped and tidy. There were many breakfast options also vegetarian, fresh juice, fruit etc. Everything was fresh and tasty. Close to many sightseeing locations. We loved our stay there and definitely would come back.

The hotel is very near the lake and many food choices around. Been opened for less than a year, the room and furnishings look very new and rooms away from facing the road was very quiet and allowed to enjoy our sleep peacefully. Kudos to the team, Mr Dior and few other staff including the chatty and friendly parttime student, whom made our stay an even more enjoyable one, helping and recommending us with resturant and reservation. Most of the days, we need to leave the hotel at 6pm, they prepare the breakfast for us to take away.
